At LVAD Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
